Vintage French porcelain 10″ dinner plate depicting a French couple dancing.  This collectible plate is a unique artifact for French Dinnerware collectors, while reflecting the art pottery style. I have not found any history on the Heine’s company stamped on the back. This porcelain plate has many crackling marks and is really showing its age. Thank you.
